Born at Kourkoumelata (Cephalonia), Spyros Lefkokilos was an architect graduated from the Polytechnic School of Athens and self-taught in painting.  He had his first one-man exhibition in Athens (1977).  Since then he had shown his work in a series of solo and group exhibitions in Athens and Cephalonia, including a Pan-Hellenic one.  This specific part of his work is characterized by the abstract analysis realized with geometric forms.  Spyros Lefkokilos passed away in Athens (2020).
